Management Team

	Christian Richter, born 28.06.1980, is founder and CTO of beroNet GmbH. He is responsible for development and production of all new products. Since 2000 Christian -who originally studied Physics, has been designing software for telecommunication solutions. Reaching from ISDN to SIP he has strong knowledge and extensive experience in Telecommunications protocols, which allow him to always come up with new ideas and communicate creatively with our customers.
Gürsel Kücük, born 31.10.1971, is founder and CSO of beroNet GmbH. After studying Environmental- and Process Engineering he proceeded to work for the Swedish firm Energy Opticon. In 2000 he changed to Onsoft GmbH and had his first professional encounter with Telecommunications and ISDN. Since then he has been developing software solutions for the Telecom branch and is responsible for the succesful distribution of beroNet products.
	Thomas Häger, born 15.11.1971, is founder and CEO of beroNet GmbH. He has already been working in IT-firms such as GE-Compunet while studying Environmental- and Process Engineering and after his studies he acquired a permanent position as a carreer changer at HiSolutions GmbH, where he worked as a Software developer. In 2000 he started at Onsoft, where he first encountered Telecommunications and ISDN. Since 2005 Thomas has been CEO of beroNet GmbH.
All 3 of the founders have been working for the same firm between 2000 and 2002. As the dotcom bubble burst in 2002, they quickly decided to start their own company in an effort to gain some sustainability, which has been working out very well in the last few years.
