This first installation support reaches up to the time where the specific card is running, which means the kernel moduls are loaded, the channels are accessible from Asterisk. Obviously we cannot guaranty that we can setup the particular card in your system. There may occur unexpected problems either with the hardware or with the Linux distribution.
