Extended Warranty
All our products come with a standard 2 Year Warranty.
For a fixed € 80,00 fee, you can extend your manufacturer warranty with an additional 3 years.
Simply select the appropriate option when ordering your product.

Express Exchange Service
For a € 49,00 service fee we will immediately provide you with replacement for malfunctioning hardware. Simply call support and we will ship the new card or box by DHL (Express optional) as soon as possible, typically on the same day.
Our Express Exchange Service requires a valid credit card number. your credit card will not be charged unless we do not receive the returned product within thirty (30) days of the date on which we shipped the replacement product.

Money Back Guarantee
We give our customers the chance to test our products before they make their final decision.
The ‘Try and Buy’ program covers a testing period of 30 days. During these 30 days you will receive full support and installation assistance from our support team.

If you send your products back to us at the end of the 30 day testing period, we will refund your deposit excluding delivery costs plus a handling-fee.

The handling-fee is depending on the MSRP of the tested products:
For products with a MSRP below 600.00 EUR the handling-fee is 39.00 EUR.
For products with a MSRP up to 1,000.00 EUR the handling-fee is 59.00 EUR.
For products with a MSRP above 1,000.00 EUR the handling-fee is 79.00 EUR.

In case you want to buy your tested products simply do not return the product.
We won’t charge you any handling-fees in that case
