Note that the FPGA Image is the software that prepares the Hardware to run and provides interfaces for all the Modules and devices on the beroNet Gateway. In case the FPGA update would fail the device is bricket. 
Please update the FPGA only if necessary, which is seldom the case.  If in doubt contact our technical engineers via support at beronet dot com.
